Board Structure & Composition
The Board of Kaleidoscope currently has eight members and is chaired by Dr Medwin Hughes DPhil DPS FRSA.
Social, Ethical & Environmental Issues
The Kaleidoscope Board takes regular account of social, ethical and environmental (SEE) issues and any risks they may pose to the Charity. Members of the Board receive a report on SEE matters at least once a year. It also looks for opportunities to enhance the Project’s value in the way it responds to such matters.
Ethics
The Kaleidoscope Project-wide Ethics Policy, which was adopted by the Board to establish a set of standards and provide guidelines for the way Kaleidoscope and its employees should operate on ethical matters. It covers a wide range of issues including employee conduct, equal opportunities and the environment. The Kaleidoscope Audit Committee has responsibility for monitoring the ethics policy.
