Kaleidoscope is developing a range of resources to provide ‘self help’ to individuals who may benefit from informal support, without needing to access services directly.
The first of our range of ‘self help’ booklets has been designed for those who are currently experiencing substance misuse problems themselves, but may not feel the problem is sufficient to warrant accessing services directly.
To help you recognise what type of help you need for your problem, answer the following questions about your drug use truthfully. If your answers are divided between ‘never’ and ‘sometimes’, then it is possible that you may be able to initiate self-change.
