Our Services
Alcohol Services - Training
We provide specific alcohol related training free to other services and
professionals in the substance misuse field and to those services who come
into contact with alcohol related issues.
Our half day course focuses on the areas of alcohol consumption and its effects on people, how to screen for alcohol misuse using the AUDIT tool and how to follow up this by giving personalised feedback and support, known as Brief Advice. This training is typically run in groups and consists of group work, presentation material and supporting workbooks which all attendees take away with them to use in their daily role.
