Kaleidoscope was born over 40 years ago, committed to Harm Reduction Services. The project has had international acclaim for its work and has pioneered needle syringe exchange and substitute prescribing. The approach to supporting people with drug issues is not however limited to health services. We provide specialist support services utilising the latest psycho-social intervention as well as working on supporting the broader issues facing people with substance misuse such as accessing employment.
