Kaleidoscope is not a big agency; in many ways it is like a family business with Eric the founder and father of Adele (the second director) and Martin (the present CEO) Blakebrough. Yet we have a team of strong, creative and dynamic managers and staff who work to best practice and latest evidence.

Kaleidoscope is an organisation that provides services but also campaigns for service users’ rights not only within Kaleidoscope but society. We believe that drug users in particular are unfairly discriminated against and by our status we have a role of advocacy as well as empowerment.
