Most of Kaleidoscope’s services are funded through Government substance misuse budgets issued through contracts that we have to tender for every 3 or 5 years. We also provide accommodation services funded by Supporting People in Kingston, London and in Newport, Gwent.
We regularly submit bids to charitable trusts and foundations to enable us to deliver services that are not funded through Government contracts. Unfortunately, not all of these bids get funded, so we rely on donations and fundraising appeals in order to develop services where we can evidence they are needed.
No matter how small, your donations can help our organisation to help those in most need. Examples of how even a £10 donation can help are:
- £10 can cover the refreshments and printing costs needed to run a group session.
- £10 can cover half of the diesel costs to take our service users out on a farming or walking group.
- £10 can cover the medication costs needed to treat a drug or alcohol user for a day.
- £10 can cover the cost of a one-to-one therapy session.

A lasting legacy
Some people opt to leaving a legacy in their will, which is a wonderful way to continue supporting our work, helping future generations overcome the challenges of addiction.
If you wish your donation to be given to a specific area of the charity please do not hesitate to let us know.
