Following the recent contract award in Powys and the resulting re-structure, James Varty has been appointed to the role of Head of Development and Quality Improvement, in addition to ongoing Executive Management of the Powys, Dyfodol and DDAS contracts. The role will entail a greater focus on our Quality Systems across the organisation and follows on from the successful award in Powys of the ISO9001. James has written an article on the subject of Quality which can be found in the May edition of Drink and Drug News. http://www.cjwellings.com/ddn/May2016/#14.
At Kaleidoscope we are committed to continuous improvement and providing quality services, so the organisation welcome this new focus. We do recognise however that each service is unique and therefore the actual award across each service is not necessarily a goal but following a process with quality at its heart is.
As an organisation we are also looking at sustainable development. We have had great success recently but we must ensure our growth is both manageable and sustainable. James will be looking at development in this way, as we look to continue the development of services over the next few years.
